OBESITY IN CHILDREN

Obese children are now very common in the world since chain restaurants have opened. Everybody would know McDonalds or KFC. These kinds of restaurants attract children of all ages and sizes. Obesity is a wrong thing; everyone should know of it, it makes us unhealthy, lazy and sad because many children regret it. Whenever I go to a mall or shop I do see obese children and I feel a bit bad because I feel sorry they have to suffer the problems with it and because they look uninviting. Obese children are usually unhealthy because the fat in them blocks the veins and causes blood circulation to slow down, that is why most of them have a hard time in sports. It can also make them bad in academics because less blood to the brain causes less concentration and less energy to think or memorize. To other children, they look uninviting and a bit scary; many people I know have this kind of feeling. It is mean but it is true because obesity totally changes the shape of the human body. Obesity makes it hard for the person to do anything. A knee cannot stand lots of weight at once. The feet can’t carry the whole body and the muscles can’t handle all the work. This makes the child suffer because all the pain reaches them too.
Obesity can have many reasons but at the end the child has to work itself to reach a normal weight and size. Many children have a sad life because of some event or anything else that leaves them alone to take the pain in. Many children usually can’t handle that much pain and they put their concentration into food. Soon, food becomes their best friend and all they do is eat. This leaves the child obese. They soon regret it because the students in their school might not want them or they have a disadvantage in many cases because of obesity. Obesity can also take place because the child has low metabolism and their food does not break up, making them obese. In many cases the child eats junk all the time and doesn’t exercise. They are lazy and do nothing, they don’t use heir stored energy and become big.
Becoming from obese to a normal size is easy but maintaining this size is much harder. First of all, before going to school do some sit ups and pushups, do other small things if you wish to do so. Increase the amount of times you do the morning exercise after every week or month. In lunchtime, do some running and jogging. Create a schedule for each day and soon you will see changes. Though, you have to know that you won’t become smaller in a week, you will have to work for a month or two at least. There is no exercise that will shorten your waist in a week. Carry on a fruit diet or a low- carbohydrate diet for two weeks and keep recording your weight so you can change your schedule according to what the outcome was. Do simple things like use the stairs, not the elevator or the escalator. Say no to junk food and try not to look at it at all. Try to avoid medicine and liposuction because even though they might look more effective they are not, they are much more expensive and have side effects. Eating medicine for every small thing is unhealthy. Don’t push yourself in you work outs because you can injure yourself.
